How long will it take to receive my license?

By law the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), has 90 days from the date the application is received to either issue or deny the license.
However, if an "incomplete application" is submitted to our office, the length of time to process your application may extend past the 90 days.
