The first option for resetting your account password is by providing your user name below, and then answering your security question. If you cannot remember your user name or security question and answer, please contact your local county office or use the second option.

For the second option, please provide the email address on your account to reset your password. Your new password will be sent to the email address provided on your account. You may change this password upon logging in. If you do not have an account yet, please contact your local county office or register online.
Also if you use any spam email blockers, make sure to allow the email address touristtax@taxcollector.com to send you email.
