Kimberly Krise is the Manatee County Tax Collector Employee of the Quarter (Published 04-12-2023)
Bradenton – Kimberly “Kim” Krise was named the Manatee County Tax Collector's Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2023. Kim joined the Tax Collector’s team in 2014 as a counter associate and quickly secured the 2016 Rookie of the Year award. Kim currently serves as the Team Leader at the Tax Collector’s DeSoto Office.
In her 9 years with the organization, Kim has focused on improving her impressive skill set and furthers her contributions to the office as a trainer, helping develop new team members and cross-training more tenured team members to grow in their careers. She has also been the recipient of multiple Perfect Attendance and Perfect Quality awards and continuously receives positive recognition from her peers in surveys and feedback.
"Kim has been an invaluable asset since coming to work with us," said Tax Collector Ken Burton Jr. "The recognition she receives as well as the confidence and respect from her coworkers speaks volumes to the level of her contributions to our office.”
Customer Solutions & Associate Development (CSAD) Director Tony Conboy also added, “Kim is an amazing employee and worthy of all her commendations.” He continues, “She consistently demonstrates why she is such a valued member of the CSAD team, and her selflessness and commitment to her coworkers has not gone unnoticed.”

She receives an Employee of the Quarter trophy, a merit certificate, a reserved parking space, a themed casual day, and a bonus vacation day.
